  • I have served as Magistrate for 12+ years. This position’s purpose is to officiate marriage vows. I’ve been married for 44 years, thus I understand marriage and welcome couples into the institution. I perform marriage ceremonies for those who are faith oriented and who are not. Same gender is welcomed.

    I offer premarital counseling, have a Masters of Divinity Degree and a certification in marriage counseling. I also have a Juris Doctor’s Degree and a Masters of Public Affairs.
