County Attorney

The County Attorney’s office is responsible for prosecuting thousands of criminal cases each year in district court. The office serves as legal advisor to the elected constitutional offices in the county, establishes paternity and collects court-ordered child support, represents the Commonwealth in juvenile dependency, neglect and abuse cases, and assists families with disability guardianship and involuntary mental health treatment for loved ones. This is a partisan race, so you will see political parties on your ballot.
