Constable

Constables have the authority to enforce both the Traffic Code and the Criminal Code of Kentucky. They may execute warrants, summonses, subpoenas, attachments, notes, rules and orders of the court in all criminal, penal and civil cases.

You will see this race on your ballot if you are registered as a Democrat and live in either Constable Districts 1 or 3. Constable Districts are the same as your Magistrate District, view the map here.

Robert Miller won in District 1 and Eddie Sparks won in District 3 for the general election this November.

Aaron Reynolds was the Communications Officer with the University of Kentucky Police Department, and is currently Director of a Nationwide Public Safety Dispatch Center. This is his first run for this office.
